1. Site Content

All information on this site is provided by Maraya Optics L.L.C. and whilst we have made every effort to display our items as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the actual goods. However, we try to be as accurate as possible; all information provided is approximate and is provided in good faith.

The customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not transact on or use the website (Age of consent is mentioned as per the applicable law).

United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile.

If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured payment gateway.

The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.

We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED

2. Pricing

We aspire to ensure the prices on our website are as accurate as possible; we reserve the right to change a price in exceptional circumstances. If a price is corrected due to exceptional circumstances, customers will be informed of the change before payment is processed and offered the opportunity to amend/cancel the order. Prices on our website are in AED currency.

3. Customer’s Right to withdraw

If, for any reason, the Customer is not satisfied with his/her purchase, he/she is entitled to withdraw from the contract within a mandatory period of 14 days from receipt of the shipment, without the need to indicate the reasons. That period of 14 days commences from the day after receipt of the purchased goods (reliance will be made upon the delivery date stated by the courier).

In order to exercise that right, the Customer should send to Maraya Optics L.L.C. a communication by email to info@marayaoptics.com and return the goods within 14 days upon order receipt.

The right of withdrawal is in any case subject to the following conditions:

the right applies to the purchased product in its entirety; no withdrawal will be accepted for only part of the purchased product;

  the purchased goods must be intact and returned in their original packaging, complete in all their parts (including packaging and any documentation, instructions and accessories); where the Customer is unable to return the goods in their original condition and packaging and in compliance with the indications provided, all the Customers’ rights to return the goods are forfeited;

  shipping costs relating to the return of the goods are borne by the Customer, including custom charges if delivered outside UAE.

We are not liable in any way for damage or theft/loss of the goods during transportation

4. Delivery, Delays in Delivery, Shipments.

If not otherwise indicated, the delivery will be made to the delivery address indicated by Customer.

We manage shipments by way of FedEx, Aramex and other local couriers (which makes use, where necessary, of local partners) or via another courier, assessing for each individual delivery and for each destination the most convenient courier for the Customer.
Shipping costs are expressly displayed at the time of making the order unless orders are made from outside the UAE; wherein our Customer Service team will promptly contact the Customer about any difference in the shipping charges.
Your order will be processed within 1-3 working days from the payment credit, subject to stock availability of the purchased product.
Generally, where the product is not available at the time of the purchase request, the system will not continue with the online purchase procedure and no charge will be made to the Customer.
Deliveries are made within 3- 5 working days within UAE and 15 working days in the rest of the GCC, starting from the date of acceptance of the order by marayaoptics.com
All shipments are insured for the value of the goods delivered.
Marayaoptics.com hereby informs you that it is not liable for any delays in delivery caused by the inefficiency of customs and/or the postal services of third-party countries.

Return on NOS (New Old Stock) and Sole Items (only 1 in stock)

Marayaoptics.com offers our customers some of the most exclusive products. These said products listed as vintages are limited and we may only have 1 in stock. We also offer very rare items which are no longer in production which means they cannot qualify for an exact replacement. Please feel free to contact us for further inquiries regarding our Vintage and Sole Items.

5. Law and Jurisdiction

This Legal Notice shall be governed by and construed in accordance with U.A.E. law. Any dispute(s) arising in connection with this Legal Notice are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of U.A.E.

6. Notification of Change

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and any such changes may be communicated on our website.
